Quorn Extension
This new kitchen project was for a large detached family home in Quorn with a beautiful garden, but very dark, cold kitchen with no connection to the outside space. The solution was to enlarge the kitchen with an angled elevation leading directly to the garden, and open up view with large glazed window to the other sides.
Project Brief
A contemporary zinc roof with large lantern roof light also provided a modern, light filled space below, while not interrupting windows above. A detailed 3D model was constructed of the Quorn extension that enabled the clients to experience the designs using Virtual Reality (VR) and animations were made to help them
visualise the space before construction.
