Field Lodge Gardens

JRA was commissioned to maximise the value and potential of an existing detached property with a very large garden, while retaining the existing family home as a private development.

The proposed site layout achieved a mix of two large 5 bed detached homes with a terrace of three 4 bed town-houses. 3D modelling and visualisations were used throughout the project which proved invaluable for the planners and then to market the project to potential developers.
